I have 14 emails that go to recurring clients specifically and they are spaced 25 days apart.
That way, they get all 14 emails within a one year period. I also chose not to mail too frequently because I don’t want clients to feel bombarded with emails, especially if I have other announcements to send out throughout the year in addition to these 14. Here’s what my automation sequence map looks like at the beginning when a contact first enters the sequence. They are removed from all other list and all other sequences so they don’t get an email trying to convert them to becoming an ongoing client when they’ve already set up for recurring service, for example.
